		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t worry, Sharon.  Especially with other PWDs, I assume that there&#039;s a reason people aren&#039;t getting back to me until we get into extremely long amounts of time.  And I know that my emails to you were...dense...with lots of questions that probably require lots of thought and spoons to put together answers to, so I mentally tagged it as needing more time to reply.

Fortunately, I seem to be recovering slightly.  I still think the fluids may be necessary, but I think I might be able to stay out of the ER even without them.  I think I&#039;ll feel better a lot faster if I get them, though, and I&#039;d like someone to take a look at my tonsils and reassure me that there&#039;s nothing REALLY wrong with them (been having a lot of junk in my throat the past month or more).]]></description>
